This is a 20-minute AMRAP with 5 HSPU, 10 Pull-ups, 15 KBS (70/53). Per round analysis: HSPU at 3-4 sec/rep fresh = 15-20 sec, Pull-ups at 1.5-2 sec/rep = 15-20 sec, KBS at 1.5-2 sec/rep = 23-30 sec. Fresh round time = 53-70 sec plus 3-5 sec transitions = 60-80 sec. Average 70 sec/round fresh. Fatigue progression: Rounds 1-2 at 70 sec, Rounds 3-4 at 77-84 sec (1.1-1.2x), Rounds 5-6 at 84-91 sec (1.2-1.3x), Rounds 7-8 at 91-105 sec (1.3-1.5x), Rounds 9+ at 105-140 sec (1.5-2.0x). HSPU become major limiting factor after round 4, requiring frequent breaking. Pull-up grip fatigue compounds after round 5. Elite athletes maintain larger unbroken sets longer. 1200 seconds available: Elite completes 11+ rounds, strong intermediate 8-10 rounds, average 6-7 rounds, novice 3-4 rounds.
