Sandbag deadlifts at 2-3 sec per rep = 24-36 sec for 12 reps. Total per round: 33-48 sec fresh state. Adding 3-5 sec transition between movements. Round 1-2: 40-53 sec (1.0x), Round 3-4: 44-58 sec (1.1x fatigue), Round 5-6: 48-64 sec (1.2x fatigue), Round 7+: 52-75 sec (1.3-1.5x fatigue). Elite athletes complete 7-8+ rounds maintaining form and pace. Recreational athletes complete 3-4 rounds with significant fatigue affecting movement quality. The sandbag deadlifts become grip-limiting and the box jumps require more step-downs in later rounds.
