This is an 18-minute AMRAP with 7 Beastmakers (50/35lb) and 5 Toes to Bar per round. Movement analysis: Beastmakers (dumbbell squat clean thrusters) take 2.5-3 sec per rep fresh, 7 reps = 17.5-21 sec. Toes to Bar take 1.5-2.5 sec per rep fresh, 5 reps = 7.5-12.5 sec. Fresh round time: 25-33.5 sec. Transition between movements: 3-5 sec. Total fresh round: 28-38.5 sec. Fatigue progression: Rounds 1-3 stay close to fresh pace (30-35 sec), Rounds 4-6 slow to 35-45 sec as grip and shoulders fatigue, Rounds 7-9 slow to 45-55 sec with more set breaking, Rounds 10+ require 55-70 sec with significant rest between movements. Set breaking patterns: Beastmakers typically done as 7-5-2 or 4-3, TTB as 5 unbroken early then 3-2 later. Elite athletes maintain larger sets longer.
