16 Minute AMRAP: Teams of 3: Partner A: 40ft Sandbag Pull in Plank (70/50) 40ft Sandbag Bearhug Run (70/50) 40ft Sprint While Partner B: Holds Chinese Plank And Partner C: RESTS. *If Partner B breaks the plank, Partner A has to stop. Athletes switch when Partner A finishes the triplet.
