We map out ten rungs—from Rookie to Pro—by estimating how much work a workout usually takes, using trusted benchmark WODs and smart fatigue adjustments. Level 5 is where most everyday CrossFitters land, and the color gradient shows how scores spread from early levels on the left to top-tier finishes on the right. This is a ladder AMRAP: 2+2 T2B+BJ, 4+2, 6+2, 8+2, 10+2 (32 total reps per round). Round 1: 2 T2B (3 sec) + 2 BJ (3.5 sec) + 4 T2B (7 sec) + 2 BJ (3.5 sec) + 6 T2B (12 sec) + 2 BJ (3.5 sec) + 8 T2B (18 sec) + 2 BJ (3.5 sec) + 10 T2B (25 sec) + 2 BJ (3.5 sec) = 81.5 seconds for first 32 reps. At 7 minutes (420 sec), elite athletes would complete ~2.5-3 full rounds (80-96 reps), intermediate ~2 rounds (64 reps), novices ~1-1.5 rounds (32-48 reps). Each round gets progressively slower due to grip fatigue from T2B volume - round 2 takes ~100-110 seconds, partial round 3 takes remaining time. Transitions between T2B and box jumps are minimal (2-3 sec) but grip fatigue creates significant slowdown on T2B sets.
