This is a 36-minute partner AMRAP with alternating work periods. Each partner completes two stations per round: Station 1 (10/8 cal bike + 10 wall balls) and Station 2 (20/16 cal row + 20 KB swings). Round analysis: Station 1 takes approximately 45-75 seconds (bike: 15-25 sec, wall balls: 20-30 sec, transition: 10-20 sec). Station 2 takes approximately 75-105 seconds (row: 45-65 sec, KB swings: 20-30 sec, transition: 10-10 sec). Total round time per partnership: 2.5-4 minutes in early rounds, degrading to 3-5+ minutes in later rounds due to fatigue. Partner rest periods allow for partial recovery. With 36 minutes available, elite partnerships can complete 20+ rounds, while beginners may achieve 4-6 rounds.
