A 4:13 finish is 253 seconds for 90 reps, or 21.35 reps/min and 28.1 seconds per round. The previous time thresholds were ordered in the wrong direction for a time WOD. These corrected thresholds keep 4:13 as L10 because it is faster than the 4:15 L10 boundary and requires mostly unbroken HSPU, fast deadlift cycling, and minimal transitions.
